I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over nine years of experience practicing in New Zealand and internationally. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges.

My specialty is EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that I have been practicing for nearly a decade. I have seen first hand how powerful EMDR can be in helping clients process trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. My deep expertise in this modality allows me to guide clients effectively toward lasting healing and emotional well-being.

Alongside EMDR, I am competent in Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each approach to fit the unique needs of my clients.
