I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist based in Christchurch, with over nine years of experience practicing in New Zealand and internationally. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges.

My specialty is EMDR therapy, an evidence-based approach that I have been practicing for nearly a decade. I have seen first hand how powerful EMDR can be in helping clients process trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences—whether in-person or remotely. My deep expertise in this modality allows me to guide clients effectively toward lasting healing and emotional well-being.

Alongside EMDR, I am competent in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each approach to fit the unique needs of my clients.
